chocolate cake

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 100g Chocolaterie Bernard Callebaut Semi-Sweet Chocolate (3.5 oz.)
  • 3 eggs 
  • ½ cup Flour (50g)
  • 150g granulated sugar
  • 100g unsalted butter (½ cup)

 

Directions:

 

  1. Mix eggs and sugar, add flour
  2. Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler
  3. Blend all ingredients
  4. Mix for 5 to 10 minutes with electric mixer on medium
  5. Turn over to 200C (400o F)
  6. Pour into 25cm (10") round teflon pan (spray pan with oil)
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
